Affects that bullying has on children

Young children who are bullied usually have a difficult time growing up. Being bullied at a young age has a bigger impact than being bullied as an adult. When children are young they tend to believe everything that they are told allowing the bully to manipulate them and make them feel sad.
Bullying affects children's eating habits and sleep schedule. Children may begin to lack interest on activities that they have always enjoyed. It is proven in young children that being bullied increases the chance of them growing up being diagnosed with anxiety and depression. Being bullied as a child causes children to feel lonely and also decreases the chance that they will trust people to make new friends. Bullied children isolate themselves from social events, they grow up creating negative thoughts about themselves. Young children do not understand why they are being bullied, they feel many mixed emotions, neither emotions are happiness. Being a victim of bullying causes children to question their purpose in life. No more innocent children need to suffer from bullies!
